Welcome to your official Nutrition Guide for Ultra-Trail Cape Town. Whether you’re lining up for the UTCT Miler, 100 km, 55 km, or any UTCT distance, the right nutrition strategy makes the difference.

With about four weeks remaining until race day, your goal is to build consistency. This is the time to train your gut, refine your fuel strategy, and simulate race-conditions so that your body becomes comfortable with what you’ll take on race day.

In the final 72 hours leading into the start of Ultra-Trail Cape Town, your objective shifts from training to optimisation. You want to top off your fuel reserves, avoid surprises, and mentally affirm your race plan.
