The six route recces are free and open to all runners (RMB Ultra-trail Cape Town® participants and non-participants); space is limited and entry is on first-come, first-serve. You’ll need to be self-sufficient and capable of moving with the pack - these recces are not assisted training runs. We will have two groups led by competent runners. Please bring sufficient compulsory gear and food for your time on the trail. Runners must sign up using the links below from 12 midday each Monday before the recce.
